How Points Work
Log at least one meal+1 pt
Hit calorie target (within 10%)+1 pt
Hit protein target (at or within 10% below)+1 pt
Stay at or under your carb target+1 pt
Stay at or under your fat target+1 pt
5 pts max per day  ·  150 macro pts over 30 days
Wellhub Weekends  +5 pts per weekend
Complete any Wellhub class or session on a Saturday or Sunday to earn 5 bonus points. There are 4 weekends in this challenge (20 bonus pts possible), bringing the total possible score to 170 pts. The Wellhub Weekend card appears automatically on your tracking screen each Saturday and Sunday.
Perfect Day
Earn all 5 points in a single day — logged meals plus every macro target hit. Your Perfect Days count is tracked in your stats above and reported to your challenge admin.
Your Data

Send your current progress directly to the challenge coordinator. You can resubmit anytime — only your latest data is needed.

Personal backup — download and keep a local copy of your data.

Restoring a backup will replace your current progress with the file data.
